When installing the crane equipment, ensure that the oil make-up valve is horizontal and pay attention to the direction. Port B of the oil makeup valve needs to be connected with the hydraulic motor, otherwise, not only does it have no oil makeup effect, but all the pressure oil supplied to the hydraulic motor will flow back to the oil tank through the valve, so that the weight will not drop.

The size and nature of large crane load has an important impact on the mechanical loss process. Generally speaking, the wear of parts increases proportionally with the increase of load. When the load of the part is higher than the average design load, the wear will increase. In addition, under the same other conditions, the wear under stable load is smaller than that under dynamic load, with fewer failures and short service life.
