1、 Strictly observe the tire inflation standard. After inflation, check whether there is air leakage at all parts, and check the tire pressure on time to ensure that it meets the standard. Develop the habit of measuring air pressure with barometer, which cannot be judged with naked eyes. Ensure that the tire has a certain elasticity. When receiving regular load, make its deformation not exceed the regular scale, and ensure that the equipment has excellent stability and comfort in the process of traveling. The air pressure of the spare tire should be relatively high to prevent it from running away for a long time.
2、 Properly select and install tires, and use corresponding inner tubes according to tire standards. Tyres installed on the same machine shall be of the same brand, structure and performance. If this is not possible, tyres of the same brand, standard, stripe and type should be installed on the same axle; When changing a new tire, the whole vehicle or coaxial shall be changed at the same time; The striped tires with directionality shall be installed according to the regular rolling direction; When changing a new tire, install the new tire on the front wheel and the repaired tire on the rear wheel. In order to ensure driving safety, innovative tires must not be used as steering wheels (front wheels).
3、 The tire rotation shall be carried out regularly. After the equipment has been moving for a period of time, the front and rear tires will be different in fatigue and wear. Therefore, the tire rotation shall be carried out in a timely manner according to the rules. There are two ways to change the tire: the alternate method and the cyclic method. The alternating displacement method is applicable to the crane equipment that often travels on the road with large camber, while the cyclic displacement method is applicable to the equipment that often travels on the flat road.
Control the tire temperature, Lifting equipment handling During the working process, the heat generated by the tire due to conflict and deformation increases the temperature and pressure inside the tire. When the tire temperature is very high, the method of deflating and depressurizing cannot be used, nor can the tire be cooled by splashing water to prevent accelerated tire damage. Park and rest in the shade, and continue to travel after the tire temperature drops. When parking the equipment on the way and arriving at the site, we should develop the habit of parking safely. Select a flat, clean and oil-free ground for parking. Each tire should land stably, especially overnight. Pay more attention to selecting a parking location, and jack up the rear wheels if necessary. When the equipment is out of service for a long time, the frame should be supported with wooden blocks to reduce the load of tires; When the tire has no air pressure, it cannot be parked on the spot, and the wheel should be jacked up.
Tyres shall not be stored near sunlight, oils, acids, inflammables and chemical corrosives. All tyres shall be stored in a cool, dry and dark room. Tyres shall be placed vertically. It is forbidden to place them horizontally, stack them or hang them in series. The deposit period shall not exceed three years. If the inner tube needs to be stored alone, it should be filled with appropriate amount of air and should not be folded, laid flat or stacked. If it is not stored alone, it should be placed in the outer tube and inflated appropriately.
