3. It's not easy to start. One trick is to pay attention to the direction of the front of the crane in winter. 4. Replace the oil. Select low viscosity oil. At low temperatures, the viscosity of engine oil increases with the decrease of temperature, the fluidity becomes poor, and the friction resistance increases, which will lead to the difficulty in starting the internal combustion engine. Therefore, low viscosity oil should be replaced in time to compensate or eliminate this adverse effect.

5. Replace gear oil and grease. When the construction machinery crane works in winter, the gearbox, reducer and steering gear should be replaced with winter gear oil, and the hub bearing should use low drop point grease.

6. Replace hydraulic oil or hydraulic transmission oil. Before winter comes, hydraulic oil and hydraulic transmission oil shall be used to replace the hydraulic system and hydraulic transmission system of the equipment to prevent poor operation of the hydraulic system and transmission system of the equipment due to the following reasons: the viscosity of the oil in winter increases, or even the defects that the operating equipment cannot operate and the equipment cannot walk.
