Product selection
Engine oil selection: If the engine lubricating oil is not replaced for a long time, it will accumulate a lot of carbon and impurities, which will increase the viscosity of the oil. During the warm-up period, it will cause problems such as insufficient heat dissipation or insufficient lubrication, which will cause direct or hidden damage to the piston, cylinder block, connecting rod, oil pump and other components. When selecting lubricating oil in winter, the oil with low viscosity should be selected, such as 5W, 10W, 15W, Siji oil and other brand oil.
Maintenance of hydraulic oil: In winter, when the temperature is low, the hydraulic oil has a high viscosity, and is not preheated or the oil temperature is not high, it is easy to have difficulty in lifting the boom, no combined action, the winch lags behind, and the preheating time is too long. Before operation, it should run at idle speed for a period of time before entering the high-speed state, to prevent damage to the oil pump, pipeline and other components caused by excessive viscosity. If the local temperature is low, it can be replaced with 32 # hydraulic oil.
Gear oil replacement and maintenance: The maintenance cycle of crane gear oil is about one year. When the gear oil has been worn for a long time and affected by factors such as temperature drop or oil deterioration, the gear can not produce a full oil film on the gear surface during high-speed or low-speed operation, thus causing abnormal wear or rust on the gear contact surface. Before winter comes, the axle, reducer and other parts shall be cleaned and replaced with new oil.
Lubricating lithium grease: Lithium grease, commonly known as butter, is essential in the operation of machinery. The common lubrication parts of cranes include: boom, chassis suspension, slewing, winch mechanism and other parts. Every winter, ordinary grease will face problems such as grease scaling and hardening. Since there are many grades of lithium grease lubrication, which can be divided into light load, ship and other different uses, appropriate grease should be selected according to the degree of mechanical operation. At the same time, the viscosity of the butter is relatively high, and the equipment often rushes around the construction site and dirt road. The butter is often covered with sand and dust, which is easy to scratch and abnormal wear parts such as the boom. The old butter that has been covered on the machinery should be cleaned and reapplied regularly with a blade or iron sheet, with a period of 7-15 days.
Diesel selection: According to the local temperature, if the temperature in the northeast is below - 20 ℃, - 35 # diesel oil should be used. If the equipment is transferred to a lower temperature environment, the low-grade diesel oil in the original fuel tank, fuel pipe, and fuel nozzle should be used up, otherwise it is easy to cause the engine to fail to start, ice will cause the fuel pipe to break, and abnormal fuel injection at the nozzle port. The oil-water separator often discharges water.
Electrical maintenance
Check whether the exposed lines are aged or loose, and conduct comprehensive inspection and repair before winter. Common problems include: the height limiter switch is often exposed, the switch is connected to the pull rope position, which is easy to form water dripping, the switch return is blocked due to rapid icing when cold, poor vision during night operation, and the main hook or auxiliary hook is directly unprotected, which is easy to cause safety accidents or losses. When using in the morning, check the long angle sensor wire, remove the ice, and prevent the stay wire from being frozen during operation, and the wire skin from cracking, resulting in leakage and cross current. Check the battery to see if the vent hole is blocked. If necessary, cover it to avoid direct exposure.
Check the air circuit
Check the drain valve of the gas reservoir to see whether the air discharge is normal when draining water. Check it once a day before stopping at work to prevent the valve from freezing or opening due to the cooling at night, which may cause air leakage or blockage of the gas pipe and valve body.
Tire maintenance
When winter comes and the temperature is relatively low, the tires should be properly inflated and kept within the specified pressure range. Check the tires for scratches and bulges, and regularly clean the inclusions in the tire tread. In addition, in order to balance and extend the service life of the front and rear wheels and the spare wheel, the rotation adjustment should also be made according to the wear degree of each tire.
Due to the low temperature, the rubber brittleness of the tire becomes larger and the elasticity decreases. When the vehicle stops overnight or stops for a long time and then drives again, the clutch pedal should be raised slowly to start smoothly. The first few kilometers should be driven at a low speed, and the normal driving can be started after the tire temperature rises. If the vehicle has been parked on the ice for a period of time, the grounding part may be frozen. When starting, be extra careful to prevent the tread from being torn. When the vehicle is parked in the cold area for a long time in the open air, in order to prevent the tire from freezing on the ground, wood or sand should be placed under the tire.
