High rise hoisting construction

Precautions for high-rise hoisting construction with crane:

1. Lifting or lowering

(1) In strict accordance with the provisions of the load table, overloading and exceeding the rated torque are prohibited. During crane operation, never disconnect the full automatic overweight prevention device (acs system). It is forbidden to drag loads from the front or side of the boom, and it is forbidden to lift goods from the front of the cab.  

(2) It is not allowed to push or pull the control lever violently during the operation. Before lifting, check that the clutch lever must be in the disconnected position.  

(3) Free fall operation can only be used when lowering the hook or when the lifting load is less than 30% of the allowable load, and emergency braking is prohibited during free fall.  

(4) When the lifting load needs to be suspended for a period of time, the drum of the drum should be locked.  

However, it is forbidden to lock the drum when lowering goods.  

(5) Pay attention to horn warning during lifting operation.  

(6) No one except the signalman is allowed to enter the lifting operation range.  

(7) During the lifting operation, electric shock accidents shall be avoided. The safe distance between the top of the boom and the center of the line is: ① 6.6kv is 3m; ② 66kv is 5m; ③ 275kv is 10m.  

(8) If two cranes lift a cargo together, a special person must be assigned for unified command. The performance and speed of two cranes should be the same, and the load value shared by each crane should be less than 80% of the rated total lifting capacity of one crane; The weight of its weight shall not exceed 75% of the sum of the two cranes.
