Lifting equipment and parking equipment are the "two ends" of equipment hoisting, and many equipment hoisting accidents occur at the "two ends". For equipment lifting, the main items include trial lifting, bearing weight, whether the binding is firm, etc. What should be paid attention to for equipment parking?
Huai'an Crane Leasing Company Xinyu Dajian believes that the following items should be paid attention to during the parking process when hoisting production equipment:
Parking position selection
The parking position of production equipment shall meet three conditions. One is bearable. The location where the equipment is parked should be able to bear the weight of the equipment, otherwise it may cause collapse. Second, space is sufficient. Sufficient space is required for the parking position. If the space is narrow, the equipment can be parked, but the follow-up equipment positioning work is carried out. Third, close distance. The equipment shall not be parked too far away from the equipment in place, or the subsequent handling work will be added.
Operating skills of parking equipment
When the equipment is parked, the impact and swing caused by the equipment should be slowed down, because swing may cause trouble to ground personnel. For example, if the swing of the parking equipment may collide with the handling personnel on the ground, the equipment shall be parked when the equipment is stable and there is no strong swing. Equipment parking should be operated from top to bottom, not horizontally. This requires the attention of crane operators.
Ground personnel parking equipment cooperation
If the equipment can be directly parked on the transport vehicles, such as small tanks and load carriers, it can be parked directly. The ground equipment handlers need to prepare the corresponding transport tools; If the equipment cannot be directly parked on the transport vehicle, it needs to be handled again. If the equipment shakes slightly when it is parked, the ground handling personnel can use some tools to cushion the swing of the equipment.
